Problem Note 63008: A SAS Integrated Object Model (IOM) client on AIX that is communicating with a metadata server stops responding

A SAS IOM client might stop responding during execution. This behavior is most likely to occur either at invocation or termination but could occur at any point. 

Visible symptoms include zero-byte or truncated log files. Other symptoms can include a complete SAS® log with clients not terminating the system after processing is complete.

This behavior has been observed in Multi-Processing (MP) CONNECT jobs.

If you rerun the job, the job completes successfully.
